CESA 4 offers Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI) to the staff in the districts we serve. Today is day 1 on the training where staff learn how to maintain a safe, caring, and respectful environment for students and staff. Day 2 will move from theory into practice, where staff learn and demonstrate disengagement and holding skills.

The 2026 Paraprofessional Summit is in the books and was a complete success! Our attendees learned such valuable information and great resources from the keynote speaker, Paula Kluth, as well many great breakout speakers throughout the day!
