Leading for Learning:
The Leading for Learning Series (formerly WOW) uses a combination of site-based, virtual, and online activities to deliver simultaneous professional development to educator teams. School-based teams of teacher leaders and building/district administrators work side by side to improve academic outcomes for all students.
The Leading for Learning (L4L) Series for 2020-21 has shifted to focus on the best practices related to teaching and learning during the pandemic. The Solution Tree speakers have graciously stepped aside to allow this series to address the immediate needs of Wisconsin students and teachers.
Topics for this year's series:
- August 18 or 19: Cultivate the conditions for learning in-person or virtually
- October 6 or 7: Plan and deliver high-quality, standards-based instruction
- January 12 or 13: Plan and use assessment of and for learning
- April 6 or 7: Use reflection and data to communicate about learning and to plan forward
Videos and Materials for Self-paced Learning from January 12, 2021.
