Tracy is responsible for providing a range of professional services in the prevention of alcohol, tobacco, other drug, violence, and other related youth risk behaviors in schools and communities. As the Director of the Wisconsin Safe and Healthy (WISH) Schools and Communities at CESA #4, she provides support to school districts, agencies, and organizations in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating prevention programs. She strongly believes in the power of people working together to improve their community, school, and workplace.
